Through CHI, we support our clients as they walk their talk.

As a survey tool, CHI is universal and customizable. It includes both quantitative and qualitative data gathered through a company-wide survey approach combined with group and individual conversations.

LHI was born out of our inclusive leader tenets. It measures an individual’s strength as an inclusive leader helping them understand their leadership strengths and areas for growth.

Our LHI process begins by asking leaders and their people to provide feedback about each leader’s style through the lens of the taproot tenets, in a 360-degree process.
